Enter it once. Use it everywhere.
System Integration
When the same order is copied into sales, accounting, and reporting, every handover creates delay and doubt. We connect the tools so information moves once, with errors visible when they happen.
This is one of the things a Custom Software build can include, so it is scoped and priced there rather than on its own. See Custom Software and what it costs
What is breaking
- The same number lives in three places and nobody is sure which one is right
- Someone copies data between systems every single day
- A new order takes half an hour of admin after the sale is already closed
- You were quoted RM 100k+ for a platform license just to join two systems
What changes for you
- Enter it once and it shows up everywhere it needs to
- Your numbers agree, because there is only one place they come from
- The admin after a sale is reduced or removed
- When something fails you get told, instead of finding out at month end
- The connection works with the tools you already own
Ideal for
SMEs running 4 or more disconnected tools, accounting, CRM, e-commerce, inventory, and warehouse for example, where the team is doing too much handoff by hand.
Might not be the right fit
Single-system businesses or teams whose vendor licenses prohibit third-party API use. We tell you early if your stack will not allow what you want.
How an integration goes
01
Map
We map the data flow as it runs today, including the manual steps people work around.
02
Architect
We design the integration points, error handling, and monitoring. You see the diagram before we touch code.
03
Build
The first integration usually ships in 3 to 6 weeks with logging from day one.
04
Operate
We monitor for the first month, fix what breaks, then hand off the runbook to your team.
FAQ
FAQ
Usually not. Scheduled exports, direct database reads, and browser-level automation all work where there is no API. If your stack genuinely will not allow it, we tell you in the first week, before you have spent anything.
You get told, and nothing is lost. Failed records queue and retry instead of disappearing, so the worst case is a delay, not a hole in your numbers.
No. The whole point is to keep what you own and stop paying people to be the bridge between it.
Which of these sounds like your business?
Same work, different companies. Open the one you recognise and see what it takes to remove it.

One version of the business, updated live.
Sign you'd want this
You cannot see today's sales until tomorrow morning
Which part of this is your problem?
Two or three sentences is enough. We will tell you what the first useful phase looks like before you commit to a build.
