Paid, not unpaid "exposure"

Every role is paid. Internships included. We do not run on the goodwill of students.

Hybrid out of KL

Office in Kuala Lumpur. Mix of in-office and remote, set with the team. Not 5-day office, not fully remote either.

AI-first tooling, paid for

Claude, Codex, Cursor, Gemini, all on the company. Modern hardware. We expect you to ship faster with AI, and we give you what you need to do it.

Direct line to the people who decide

The person who decides what gets built is the same person you sit next to. Feedback loops are short. Good ideas ship fast.

How hiring goes

Four steps. About two to three weeks end-to-end.

We move fast but not careless. Each step is designed to give both sides honest signal about whether this is a fit.

Founder call

30–45 minute call with a founder. We talk about your background, the role, and what working here actually looks like. No trick questions.

Take-home

A small scoped task that mirrors real work, about 4 to 6 hours. We pay you for it whether or not you move forward. We discuss your approach, not just the output.

Final

Meet the team you would work with. Talk through the take-home together, ask anything still open, and we both decide. Decision within 5 working days.
