Every enquiry gets a clear next step.

WhatsApp Automation

Customers already use WhatsApp. The gap is what happens after the first message. We design a response and follow-up flow that handles routine questions and brings in a person when the conversation needs one.

This is one of the things a Custom Software build can include, so it is scoped and priced there rather than on its own. See Custom Software and what it costs

What it looks like

A representative enquiry flow and response view. Not a screenshot of a client system, and the figures shown are illustrative.

How many enquiries went cold this month because nobody replied in the first hour?

Where things get stuck

  • Enquiries land on a phone. Whoever happens to look replies; whoever is busy does not, and the customer does not wait
  • Follow-up depends on memory. The quiet ones go quiet forever, because nobody was reminded
  • The customer list walks out. Every conversation lives in a salesperson's phone and leaves when they do

What gets built

  • Reply in the first minute. Routine enquiries get an answer at any hour, and a real person is pulled in the moment it needs one
  • Every enquiry gets an owner. Each conversation is assigned, with a next step and a date, so nothing waits to be remembered
  • Follow-ups run on schedule. They go out on time and stop the moment the customer replies

What you get back

  • No enquiry goes cold unseen. Every one has a reply, an owner and a next step you can check
  • Sales carries on without you. The phone does not need to be in your hand for the customer to be answered
  • The customer list stays yours. Every conversation files itself against a contact the business owns

Ideal for

Businesses where most enquiries arrive by chat and the follow-up depends on somebody remembering: services, trading, clinics, agencies, and consultancies across Malaysia and Singapore.

Might not be the right fit

Anyone who wants to message a bought or scraped list. That is what gets numbers banned, we do not build it, and no price makes it worth your customer list.

Most enquiries are lost in the first hour, not the first week. If ten a day come in and three go cold before anyone replies, that is sixty missed conversations a month. Multiply by your close rate and your average deal, and you have the cost of the reply you did not send.

How a WhatsApp build goes

01

Read

We review real chat history to understand what customers ask and how your team answers.

02

Draw the line

We agree what the system can answer and where a person must take over.

03

Build

The first phase runs on your business number using Meta's official Cloud API. You review real conversations before it handles wider volume.

04

Tune

We review transcripts, fix weak answers, and tune the flow as customer behaviour changes.

FAQ

FAQ

  • Not for using it this way. Bans come from sending unsolicited messages in volume, usually through unofficial gateways, which is what blast tools do. We build on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API and the system replies to people who messaged you first or opted in. If you want outbound to a cold list, we are the wrong people, and that is the honest answer rather than a sales one.

  • Your existing business number can be moved onto the Cloud API, and that is usually the right call, because the number your customers have saved is worth more than a clean start. It does mean that number stops working in the normal WhatsApp app on a phone, so we walk through what changes for your team before anything is migrated.

  • Yes, and mixed together in one message, which is how people here actually write. The system replies in the language it was written to. This matters more than it sounds: a customer who writes in Mandarin and gets English back has learned they are talking to a machine that was not built for them.

  • It hands over to a person, with the conversation so far attached, so nobody has to ask the customer to repeat themselves. Where that line sits is set in step two and is yours to move. Most businesses start with the system handling only the first reply and booking, then widen it once they have read a few weeks of real transcripts.

Which part of this is your problem?

Two or three sentences is enough. We will tell you what the first useful phase looks like before you commit to a build.
