Partner programme
There is a project you would win if you had two more engineers. Not a client to hand over, not a build to hide, a job you want to run with someone who can carry the technical half. That is this one.
How the money works
Every project gets its own scope and its own number, because a two-week integration and a six-month platform share nothing but a client. We do not run a partner tier ladder: a discount you unlock by volume is a discount you paid for up front, and neither of us needs the paperwork.
Who this is for
We would carry the engineering half of your project
We would take the piece your team does not do
We would build the thing you keep getting asked for
How it works
The technical half of a proposal is easier to write with the person who has to build it. We scope with you while the pitch is being put together, at no charge, because a scope written to win a job we then cannot deliver helps nobody.
Some clients want one contract and one throat to choke, some want both firms named. Either works. We decide it per project and write it down before anyone talks to the client about it.
One shared plan, one set of dates, and a standing call at whatever frequency you actually keep. We are on your project channel, under our own name, talking to your client when the project needs it.
Documentation, credentials and a walkthrough your team can run without us. If you want the maintenance afterwards, take it. If you would rather we held it, we will.
Who does what
We do not approach your client for work of our own during a project or for twelve months after it. That is in the agreement, not just in this paragraph.
If you want us invisible and the margin yours, take the reseller programme instead, it is built for exactly that and nobody has to pretend. If you only want to pass a name and collect, that is the agent programme. And if what you need is a body on your payroll for six months, say so plainly and we will talk about a day rate rather than dress it up as a partnership.
No, and it is written down rather than promised. No approach for our own work during the project or for twelve months after. If your client approaches us first, we tell you before we reply.
An NDA before we look at anything sensitive, which is usually the same day. The partnership terms get signed against the first real project, not before, because a signed framework with no project in it is a document nobody reads twice.
Yes, and for anything technical you probably should have us there. We join under our own name as your engineering partner. How much you want us to say is your call and we will follow whatever you set before the call.
We will tell you that at scoping, not three weeks in. Sometimes the answer is a smaller first phase that actually works, which is easier to sell than a full build the budget was never going to reach.
Only if you tell us it is coming. We are a small team and we hold time rather than promise it twice. A heads-up at pitch stage is the difference between a slot and a waiting list.
Send us the brief or just the part you cannot staff. We will scope the technical half with you before you submit it, and that costs nothing
